Well I pulled out of Sudbury after a long day of final packing and cleaning but not long after a very disturbing phone call from my attorney that they buyers were not ready to close the next morning. Having no control over the situation (a delay in their mortgage) I gave them an extension for a week but were assured that the closing would happen before that..
