The house finally closed this morning, yippee!!!
It was so hot sleeping here last night. This house certainly isn't set up for the hot weather. We will find something fun to do today to cool off, and boy did we.
We went up the road to Buttermilk Falls. Sorry folks we didn't take any photos. Especially of the two of us putting on our bathing suits in the street (no one around). The Falls were wonderful and we laid out in the water ponds to cool off.
When we were done we went on a mission for brother Bill and wife Amanda. They found a great deal at a place in E. Wallingford where you can buy Hubbardston Forge lighting at deep deep discounts. Check out www.madeinvermont.com. There were beautiful things and we purchased them 4 lighting fixtures for their new house. Oh by the way Bill you bought me a pair of earrings for my trouble, LOL.
Then back to "The Box" and out for a sumptuous dinner to celebrate my homelessness! So good to have the closing behind me.
